Design Concept
This luxury hotel project is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of Islamic architectural heritage to meet the increasing demand of international visitors and their diverse needs. Its twin towers rise with clarity and symmetry, anchored by a podium that acts as both a base and a communal heart. The use of natural stone and handcrafted tilework grounds the project in permanence, while refined arches, domes, and geometric motifs establish a direct dialogue with the city’s cultural identity.
By reimagining traditional forms at a modern scale, the design creates an atmosphere of dignity and calm, appropriate to its sacred setting. The result is a hospitality landmark that honors Saudi Arabian heritage while offering a distinctly modern guest experience.
