Dubai Islands Hotel Apartment Tower

SharpMinds, in association with Dynamic Design Consultants, is presenting a concept design for a waterfront Dubai Islands furnished hotel residences, including full architectural design, MEP design, structural design, landscape design, lighting design, AV/IT design, interior design, and architect of record services. The concept envisions a seven-story tower with over 50 luxury furnished residences and hotel apartments, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Positioned at the water’s edge, the development spans more than 10,000 sqm and includes premium amenities such as a sea-facing swimming pool, gymnasium, F&B outlets, and underground parking. This project is designed to deliver a sophisticated and exclusive waterfront living experience.
