Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect with strong experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and BIM Collaborate Pro, playing a crucial role in design and construction processes while ensuring adherence to BIM standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards and protocols.

Oversee creation and maintenance of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate BIM processes.

Facilitate coordination meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.

Manage clash detection and resolution processes.

Create, modify, and review architectural designs and construction documents using Revit.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models and documentation.

Develop and maintain project templates, families, and libraries in Revit.

Conduct quality checks on BIM models for compliance with requirements and standards.

Provide guidance and support to teams on BIM-related issues.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures.

Utilize BIM Collaborate Pro to enhance collaboration and coordination.

Manage project data, documentation, and version control.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management and architectural design.

Proficiency in Revit and BIM Collaborate Pro.

Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.

Experience in clash detection and resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:
